  1. Download Google Docs onto your phone
  2. Open this document in the application
  3. Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner
  4. Scroll down and flip the switch next to “Available offline”.

Instructions for adding Google map links.

  1. Go to the location you would like to add and open Google Maps.
  2. Long-press the location on the map to drop a pin
  3. On the bottom right (you may have to scroll) click the share button
  4. Click copy
  5. Open this document in google docs (see above)
  6. Click the edit button
  7. Paste the dropped pin location into the doc, it will look something like this:
